Seek partition of the property inherited, through a local lawyer.

Biswanath Roy (Advocate)     05 July 2014

1.  Send a legal notice to your brother for partition of the father's property.

2  File a Partition Suit against your brother and other living share holders of the property

3. File an Injunction petition against the opposites parties restraining each of them not to transfer or create any encumbrance over  the suit property or any portion thereof in any manner whatsoever or whatever.

4.  Do Paper Publication in two local News papers informing public that the Suit property is under the Partition case and as such not to deal with the said property in any manner. If anybody deal with that property he or they shall do it at their own risk.
