I agree with Mr. Sarin, that if the mother is the sole owner of the property, then after her death all the legal heirs of the deceased shall be equally eligible for the property. As far as the daughters are concerned, there is a less scope for the daughters to become the owners of the proeprty even though they are legal heirs. But that totally depends when the property is purchased and when the marriage of your sisters is solemnized.
