My mother has written a will and got it registered ,the shares 75% for my brother and 25% for me, the properties she hold are an immovable property which she got it from her father I.e my grandfather, she has no self acquired property , and the other assets in her name include shares and FD which she got it from her husband I.e my father and no will is written by my father on this and my father expired last year, Can I as a daughter claim equal share of 50 % , and also my mother is still alive
