Dear Sir/ madam
Please let me know what is the status of a dwelling house which is in the name of a widow who died inestate in the year 1989 , all daughters married before 1980 and only one male heir who is also married. Can daughters ask for share/ partition as per HSA 2005 ammendment. or the case is governed by HSA 1956.
