my client is having a plot in his name at an unauthorised regularised colony in Delhi.
Now there is a plot/flat is going to be drawn as per priority no. of DDA.
i want to clear that is there any rule that is a person is having anohther property in dlhi in his nahi than he is not eligible for DDA land/flat. 'Please clear and also if yes then what is the possible remedy for us.
