Dealing with neighbors

Dear Sir/Madam
My family and my neighbor's family do not get along. While no one is home, my neighbor often climbs over my ceiling to do private work for his house, such as building a roof and hammering nails. How should my family handle this? Can I sue for trespassing on private property? And what documents do I need to prepare? fish eat fish

Is there any trustworthy evidence to establish your allegations? Mere suspicion cannot take the place of evidence.

It is better to contact, consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for proper analyses of facts, which are prima facie suspicious activity, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Yes, you can sue your neighbor for trespassing on private property, as it is a violation of your rights. Trespassing without consent is unlawful, and their actions could also cause damage to your property. Document incidents with evidence such as photographs, videos, or witness statements. Lodge a complaint with your local authorities or police to record the matter officially.

To proceed legally, consult a legal professional with expertise in property disputes to guide you on drafting notices or initiating legal action effectively.

You can collect evidences and lodge a criminal complaint against them for trespass and theft offences.
