i want to know about a solution to this problem, my grandfather has left his will leading to grandmother
my father is the only son, and my father has a sister
can my grandmother who is the current holder of the will sell the property to a stranger without informing or asking my father.
In case of self acquired property grandfather has all right to dispose his property as per his will.
Grandmother being the beneficery of WILL has absolute right over property, she can dispose as per her will to anyone.
