My father is missing since 1991. My grandfather lodge a report in police station in 1991 itself. But we have lost all the documents and we don't have anything documented now. We went to police station to obtain the FIR copy they said that they don't have any record because it's a log time now. Kindly do let us know ihow we can obtain a cibil death certificate in these circumstances.
