Hi,
What happens to the RCR decree husband gets from the court? Can it be used to seek divorce? Or will be it null and void?
It will help to reduce or null & void maintenance to the wife?
pls note Maintenence order has been passed by family court in my case

File divorce after 1 year of RCR decree, it will easy to get divorce.

but what happens, if after the lapse of one year, the spouse who has won the RCR decree, does not file for divorce. does this mean that the marriage is still going on without the spouses staying together?
if the spouse who wins the decree of rcr does not file for divorce after one year, can the other spouse file it? and if yes, does it make the divorce easier for the respondent spouse too?
