I have filed complaints about irregularities against a valuer firm in all PSU Banks . The firm got copy of complaint from any PSU bank and filed defamation suit against me. Valuer firm is demanding to withdraw complaint to escape from investigation . what to do?
If you have complained to banks you must have had some proof. Go through the proofs you have.Is it a criminal or civil defamation? Consult a legal expert on their acceptability and strength.
