I have been filing complaints against A person who is operating a scam at the Gandhidham Court. This person has made an application to the Honorable Principal Senior Civil Judge & Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gandhidham seeking permission for self immolation / suicide and in the letter among others named me. The contents of his application is false. He has been arrested by the police and released by the Executive Magistrate on bail. Can I file a complaint under section 211 and 409/500 of IPC? If yes, please provide a format.
