procure voice/text evidences from the security based platform app. Submit complaint to the magistrate. The complaint regarding defamation can be filed to the magistrate who will direct the police officer to initiate the investigation and then the criminal trial will start. For a civil suit, the plaint must be filed by the plaintiff before the civil court under Section 19 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
