Please suggest a remedy in the following situation.
we have loaned a certain amount by a secured mortgage in the state of Gujarat and now the mortgagor has defaulted in making the payment of the said loaned amount. please suggest some remedies. also can we file for a summary suit in mumbai? please advise on the repurcussion
