1) Is there any cure for advocacy defects , failure which has caused irreparable damage to its clients rights and interest?
2) Is such failure not amounts to professional failure or why it cannot be termed as collusion contrary to ethics of advocacy. At times action in right time and some times when the advocate remains silence is also sufficient to cause damage to his own client.
3) Why any advocate fight against opposite advocates misdeeds and judges bias , is this fair on the part of advocacy in terms of clients interest?
