Defemation

I have a media interview on how I won my 498a (acquitted on benefit of doubt) and other cases of divorce in the High court judgement which says: "The appellant(me) has also agreed to give a decree of divorce to the
respondent(ex-wife) provided that the allegations made against him are withdrawn by the respondent on the
ground that the said allegations are baseless and unfounded"

Can quoting the names of the appellant and respondent and quoting the sentences in my judgement available on the High court of Karnataka website to the media who wants to do a program on awareness of the misuse  be used to file defamation on me?

1. NO
Reasoning:
It is already "published" in a public authoity domain.

2. Hence you can go ahead with real identities but ensure the appeal period is over !

Thanks Sir.The last case i.e. domestic violence case was closed because she dint appear at all after filing. It was closed on October 30th 2010. Is there any possibility of her appealing this Domestic violence case?
