Defence struck-off

Q. what are the consequence of order of defence struck-off on the defendant?  whether he may lead evidence to discharge OPD, if the court refuses to set-aside order?

I am sure he has the option of going to appeal against the lower court order. Adv Bhuneshwari Devi
