In a given matter I am a Defendant and i have submitted my written statement, however there are multiple Defendants and Defendant No. 1 has not yet given their written statement. As and when they do respond, I would like to then submit a further written statement in response to their statement.
What should the title be of the WS, for example "Written Statement of Defendant No. 4" was the title of my initial WS.
Please help me with this.
