what is a speaking order, are there any judgments which gave a detailed definition of a Speaking order
In simple words, if the court has not mentioned any of the grounds given in the written arguments even after the orders of the high court to pass a speaking order, is that not a violation of that HC order ??

Without seeing the orders it will be difficult to give any opinion, better consult another local lawyer and get his opinion by showing the high court orders.
