I have paid the full cost of construction to Hirco for a residential flat in Oragada., except for the registration and the corpus at the last stage as early as in April 2012. The project was auctioned and the same was bidded by the same persons in a different name of the company some time a year back. Now they are asking for supplementary agreement, enabling them to change the specifications as per their wish. I refused to agree and mailed that the specifications cannot be altered. No compensation is offerred. I lost financially by way of interest for the past more than three years. Now they say the project would be completed by Dec.2016. Still no written commitment from the promoters. What is the remedy available. Some have moved Consumer court, but no headway in more than a year.
