send an email asking for the reasons. first of all let us know how long it has been delayed, so that we will be able to give you apt reply, madam.
you can file a case in consumer forum or civil court, your choice

as per contract it is more than 8 months.
Aslo I have all the request from me and replies from Omaxe.
I am following up with them from the last 6 months.
But they replied 2-3 months always.
