Dear All,
I am not getting possession of my flat because of non-availability of completion certificate from Collector-Town planning.
It has been delay of 10 months. I am going to district consumer court to get possession along with completion certificate & compensation for delay.
Is there any possibility that developer can hold possession even though if completion certificate available if future when case will be in court ? because case completion would take 2 years.
