Delay in the filing of case u/s ipc 381,408,409,377-a

Respected All,

I was a cashier in the nationalized bank.In a case manager had done FIR against me u/s 420,467,468,471 IPC in early 2013. After unbiased inquiry police submitted final report/closure report in favor of me in late 2015(no judicial custody at all).after this FR/CR bank management has done another written complaint to district SSP u/s 377A,381,408,409 for rs. 20000/- after long delay of five year against me(cashier).

What I should do immediately to save my unblemshied carrier/ future life.

Whether this complaint is maintable under given IPC as per laws?

If yes what option/sremedies I have.

Please suggest immediately.

When you will be called from SSP office then present there with charge sheet of the previous matter.

It will be advisable to contact of local advocate who will help you dealing with the technicalities.

R/Sir,

District SSP office tranfered written complaint to the concerned POLICE CHOKI/THANA.No FIR is done only written complaint under abovementioned IPC has been made.

what is the legal remedy available for me now.
