Delay to locate case bundle

Dear Experts - I had a divorce issue which is pending for a long time due to the delay and dragging by my wife.

Both filed a separate divorce file ,but finally the family court suggested to come for a mutual consent divorce petition.

My wife is purposefully dragging and not responding to any of the communications.

My advocate also played a game and dragged me a lot.

Now i went to a different advocate but he says he could not locate the bundle.

Now can i send a legal notice to my wife summoning her to come for a mutual consent?

Please suggest.

Can not

If she is not interested then you proceed on merit.

It’s a batter if you get a order for early disposal of the same from high Court.

Ask court to proceed exparte if wife does not appear. No need to send notice the way you think.
