We have 2000 sq ft plot in nagpur out of which 800 sq ft plot was sold in since 2000 and the whole amount is given to my sister with 50Rs stamp paper and state that she is withdrawing her right on the property. but my sister name is still in the city survey and i want to delete her name in that. as my sister is not supporting me.
Can you please let me know the process. your help is valuable for me.
