My mother and my aunty are joint owner in one shop .my aunty died in 2003 . now i want to delete my aunts name from society members list so my mother will become single owner of that property . my aunties all legal heirs are ready to give NOC in favour of my mother .
i want to know is there any transfer charge i have to pay society for removing my aunts name from that property, and what kind of applications and documents i need to submit in society for removal of my aunts name.

No, U can not give any trasfer charge pay to society but all legal heirs consent of your aunt's is necessary in favour of your mother so u make declaration and affidevit for that and notarized and then give one application of all legal heirs with attach this documents copy then society transfer your mother name in society record. original copy of all documents are collect by u from legal heirs for your title and then u publish public notice in news paper for title certificate of this property.
