Hi,

It is common knowledge that court generally appoints Bailiff for carrying out execution of a decree. But can a civil court appoint Local Commissioner and that too without issuing any warrant of possession, and further let him have assistance of police to execute the decree during proceedings of execution?

Sincerely awaiting enlightening answers

Senior Advocate is posing this thread.  Commissioner can be appointed if Court is satisfied and requires for execution of its warrant.  But there appears to be some communication with reagrd to warrnat to commissioner as per thread.  Find out where is the gap.  Wihtout warrant what for the commissioner is appointed.
