There is Illegal hotel in Mulshi taluka (Grampanchayat Region) of pune region.
The owner has purchased 15000 sq ft of land and have constructed about 10000 sq ft of RCC structure. The structure is of Ground floor and the first floor, He has also constructed Restaurant And Swimming pool on it.The hotel is constructed on agricultural land and they have not done NA of the land.
I want to demolish that structure legally, what should i do?

Inform the authority under whose jurisdiction property falls under proper acknowledgment.
