Denied access to my child can I file a police complaint

we have agreed for mutual divorce and as per condition all the holidays of my daughter has to be shared. she stays with me and now during her vacation she has gone to her maternal grandmother. she has blocked my phone no and not letting me talk to my daughter I call my daughter only once a day even that they are not allowing my lawyer is also not responding can I file a police complaint

As i understand that the cistody is granted to u by the court and visitatation rights to the other side,Hence you can file a Contempt case before the family court and your daughter will be restored to you.
