Denying for marriage

What action can a girl or her family take if boy refuse to marry her after engagement without any valid reason. Is there any process to file case against him and his family. What allegation she can put on him. Please advice. Thanks

Why you want to waste money and time in court with no results? Try to forget all and move forward in life. If you go to local lawyer he may suggest you to file different cases. But no result. So best solution move forward in life.
