denying from the agreement

Sir,
Signature on plain paper of an agreement in 1991 is valid in court. In that plain paper three persons signed in presence only one witness. But only two person is surviving. Died person children are denying from the agreement. One who is surviving is also denying from his signature.

Looking for your valuable advice.

It will be valid. Let the surviving two witnesses state before the court what the agreement was so as to contradict the other party denying the agreement on plain paper .

yes, it is valid.  if anybody deny the agreement he must prove it.
