Pray to the court to send the signature to hand writing expert to compare with his signature. However, forgery in this country has become so popupar that even the person whose signature was forged by the author of the forged signature can not deny the signature, and sometimes it is even better than the person's signature whose signature was forged The other option is your lawyer's task to grill him in cross examintaion to come out with the truth.

you may file a memo for directing the documents to the experts opinion, and you may also trace out that if any other documents, if the person signed, if you will find it immediately  you go to file it.
