Dear sir,
I was applied for the deputation through proper channel for higher post and my department forwarded my application. And I got selected for deputation for the period of three year in higher level. While at the time of releaving my headquarter is not releaving me saying that your application was not forwarded through cadre controlling authority hence case is not considered... And they are not releaving me.. what can I do sir..pls suggest.
