In a LLP there are two designated partners and other partners.
In a pvt ltd company there is board of directors, consisting of the Managing Directors and other directors.
What is the conterpart of the MD (in a Pvt Ltd c/opmpany) in an LLP called? Managing Partner, or anyting else?
Can there be a CEO/CFO/CTO/CMO in an LLP?
Please clarify?
