Suppose a criminal court destroyed a documentary Evidence to tilt the balance of Justice in favour of the prosecution and against the acused and if proved, what legal action can be initiated against such court?

The accused will get the benefit of doubt if the evidence is of material importance

Again a copy of FIR / charge sheet can get from the police department, based on FIR/Chargesheet prosecution can argue and may get verdict in favour of prosecution.
