Hi,
We have agricultural land near Hosur and it is registered under my name, but recently some miscreant has occupied and started growing crops. If we question him and show him original documents he is just telling that his grandfather's land , but there is nothing if we checked in Sub Registrar , Patta, Chitta documents.
Can we know how we can vacate him using police help and time taken for this?

You file a suit for mandatory injunction and ejectment for ejecting him from the occupied property and for possession on the basis of the registered title documents in your possession to establish your title to the illegally occupied property.

Make a complaint with SDO under section 144 and 145 of the code of criminal procedure 1973.
if this doesn't work, you will have to file title suit and get your title declared.
