Hello Respected advocates
Greetings to you
We have a civil case and judge announced the judgement date however our advocate missed on few points that was not covered and advocate advised he will file a petition to reopen the case/arugements
Is this possible?
Will there be any arguments against whats the procedure what are chances we can hear our points/evidences

when the judgment is pronnounced only appeal or revision or review shall lie and the judge cannot change his own judgment without proper motion and under law applicable.

The case after the judgment is pronounced shall stand disposed hence only appeal can be preferred, it cannot be reopened.

It is only in exceptional cases that applications for reopening of evidence are allowed.
