Dear Sir/Madam,
My grandfather have one land 147 cents on before the year 1929.
in the year 1929 One document registerd as my grand father sold 33 out of 147 cents to person 'x' .
In the year 1944. the above same land registered by my grand father gave 147 cents to my grandmother name
Please Clarify the below
- In My grandfather registered document contains the total land area 147 cents gave to my grand mother . not wrote as 114 cents in the year 1944 is valid or not? ( Really if my grand father sold 33 cents to person X on 1929 mean , need to wrote total area as114 cents when gave to my grand mother in year 1944 . So we think 1929 registration made by fake person).
2. Till june 2024,we are land patta in my father name and the area specified 147 cents and we are only used the land for agriculture. Also we paid tax for the land still 2009 and have receipts. So full entairtainment in our hand. So can we have rights to cancel the subdivided patta provided by Thasildar ?
