we have ahousing society of 340 members. it 15 years old. we had developement charges Rs. 10,000/- now we have passed a resolution in AGM as developement charges Rs. 40,000/- area of flat is 560 sq ft. but TDR refused it saying it is against ideal bye laws. pls let me know its correct?
