I have bought a plot for 550/- per sqyrd. The actual cost was 250/- per sqyrd. But developer told that he is selling it for market price and sold it to me. The sale deed is executed in my favour. Now he holds the original documents and asks me to pay the full amount. Am not willing to pay as it was sold for higher price. I asked him to resale and give my money back. He is not willing to do that.
There is a way to do. But.....
If i lodge a police complaint that i lost the sale deed, they will go tho the adress mentioned in the sale deed.
The developer says am still due to pay him. How can i get the documents back?
