Dear Sir,
I was book a Plot on installment from a Developer In Nagpur Disitrict and he given me agreement for the same. there is mentioned after all monthly installment paid in given period the rest amount need to pay at the time of registry.
But now he is not ready to provide registry and not ready to return the money. He is asking for rest money with development charge and then he will giving power of attorney of the subject plot. I already given him a request letter to provide registry of the same plot six month before and ask him in that letter to do registry or return the deposited money by septement-2012 and I have a acknowledge copy of the same from his office.
But yet he did not replied on it.
Please suggest what can I do, to get money return or get registered plot after paying rest amount.
