Devorce

Sir Can i file a devorce case only after 1yr and 3 months only in between i have had an issue also my in laws are forcing me hard to live with my wife only and leave my own house but i have doubt in my wife that she is/was entengled with other boy my personal live has been spoiled by my in laws and now i want to get rid of that girl kindly suggest what step should i initiate to get rid of my wife i am ready for one time settlement also

Get correct evidence that your wife is having affair with that boy. Convey this to her parents and discuss internally first. If not send a legal notice for her affair and settle the matter.
