Difference b/sec 202 & 156(3) of cr.pc.

If there is a pray for Sec. 156(3)  of Cr.P.C. in Private Complaint then whether the order for 202 Cr.PC. given by the

JMFC/ METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE is proper ? If so , then under which provision ? If not then the order passed

by the said Hon'ble Court is appropriate ? Expert Kindly help me.
