Difference between crpc 125 and interim maintenance

125 crpc is for asking permanent alimony (until she remarries) for kid (until it turns 18).

Interim application is until pendency of cases which she has filed on you.  Once the cases get over/decided you need not pay interim.

2. Interim already done as part of DV case, can she file another interim petition in maintenance case?

No,, one can say that how much time will it take.

She can ask for interim maintenance in another case but lf she is asking on same grounds which were already considered in case of DV Act . means if there is no change in your income after interim order in DV Case, then you can file certified copy of that order sheet and request the court to move further.
