Difference between first and second party in mcd

While filing MCD, if given a choice, should husband act as a second party or a first party?

Which is beneficial, considering he has no trust on girl turning up in second motion and not returning money being exchanged in firsy moton?

What does it (first and second party) signifies?

Or it is just nothing and hardly matters?

Please suggest.

Hi Helping hand,

Yes, second party sounds favorable in matrimonial cases. No doubt.

But can you give me a reason in which situation it can be useful?
