Difference in drt i, drt ii & drt iii

Same powers but different in jurisdiction... Like DRT-I will have jurisdiction of 10 districts ( A B C & so on) .. DRT-II will have jurisdiction of 15 districts ( X Y Z & so on).........

In major cities there are more DRTs, eg.,Chennai DRT-I, DRT-II and DRT-III, which have one Presiding Officer for each DRT.  Presiding Officers of DRTs have vide powers to frame the Rules applicable to their DRT and hence the proceedings  and Rulings may differ among various DRTs even in one city.
