difference in sale deed

is the buyer's copy of sale deed different from sale deed present in the sub registrar office??
ie do the two copies look exactly the same or their can be difference in placement of signature and stamp between the two??
does the sub registrar take the signature on owners copy separately at the time of collection of sale deed by the buyer ??

Dear queriest, If the parties present the sale deed in duplicate for registration then the original & duplicate shall be the same without any difference and the sale deed in duplicate will be registered as No.xxx (original) and with same No.xxx (duplicate).  The SR authenticte the duplicate sale deed (original and duplicate).  But the buyer takes a copy of the sale deed before registration, it has no value.  so apply for copy of sale deed which you want from the SRO concerned or apply through online/meei-seva centre.

You check the same with registrar office by obtaining copy of sale deed.  It that difference in sale deed did intentionally by the owner, then complain against him by consulting a local lawyer.

the photo of both the buyer and seller which is clicked in the sub registrar office is not present on sale deed also no details of id proof of both buyer and seller is given on the sale deed
is this sale deed valid ? or their is something skeptical about this sale deed
also what actions can be taken now ??
