Different names in education certificates, as full and short

We have ready to face govt job certificate verification. But certificates have different names as full & short names. 10 th class is " Gurram V Ramarao ", and NTC Trade certificate is " Gurram Venkata Ramarao ". If any problem in govt job certificate verification. Plz provide the clarification. (All other certificates have " Gurram V Ramarao ").
