Diffrence in complaint

sections 376,420 

in this sections what happen if there is diffrence betwwen private written complaint to ssp and 1st megistrate ,

under this section if some one added things in complaint to 1st megistraite ,

there was short story in complain to ssp now there is huge stories in complaint to 1st megistrate

inn which there is point tht boy put something in drinks to get girl unconsious and get her in the hotel and had physical relation with her buy putting hand on his mouth this part is missing in complaint to ssp ,

incident is 5 yr old and complaint is in 2014

The improvisations which have been made in the complaint to the magistrate can be drawn out during the stage of cross examination. As such when you cross examine the complianant, make sure you confront her with her police coimplaints. Then give her a suggestion that the said events are an afterthought and are totlaly false. 

You will surely get a benefit of the same at the stage of arguments.

I am agree with Augustine Chatterjee but in addition i advice u to obtain a certified copy which complain was made before magistrate
