Digital photo as evidence in court

Hi Experts

 

Now a days nobody uses camera that produces negatives. All use digital camera and mobile phones for taking photos. Even government officials like Police, Cyber crime police, forensic officers, doctors, contractors, engineers, banks, traffic police, CCTV camera use ditial camera now a days.


Can you please expain if ditital photo is accepted as evidence in the courts? 
If so, should it produced in CD, DVD, Pend drive, Memory card, Mobile phone etc.?

sir this is a 498a case against entire family including my sister. Photograph and video has to be produced sir, I will follow as respected sir has metioned above. I want to know under which section of the evidence act I can produce all these photo and video in cd please tell me sir.
