Greetings!
During my Divorce case is going on in Family court, my wife entered into my mothers house and subsequently my mother filled a direction case and it was ordered by Hon judge from high court on 31st March. But untill today we cannot able to get the copy of order since the Hon judge transfer to Chenai Highcourt. Approx 2.5 months gone and still we are not getting the order copy.
a. Is there any way to push anyone to get order copy?
b. Is it possible to file any complaint / pettion to get the order copy?
